3. Affiliate Responsibilities
You are responsible for promoting our network ethically and legally. Spam, misleading advertising, or any kind of deceptive practice is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of earnings.
4. Commission and Payment
Commissions are paid on a revshare or PPS model, as agreed. Payouts are issued monthly upon reaching the minimum threshold. Fraudulent activity will void all payments.
5. Prohibited Content
Affiliates may not promote illegal, harmful, or infringing content. Adult content is allowed only if compliant with applicable laws and platform guidelines.
6. Data Protection
Affiliates must respect user privacy in accordance with GDPR and CCPA. You may not collect personal data without clear consent and must ensure all user data is handled securely.
7. Intellectual Property
All logos, materials, and brand assets provided by Boostera Network remain our property and must be used in accordance with our brand guidelines.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any breach of these terms or suspicious activity.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the changes.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Boostera Network operates.
